LIFE BOOTCAMP FAQ

Boot Camp curriculum

  • We started with MITx level coursework focused on the 24 Steps to a Successful Startup from “Disciplined Entrepreneurship” by Bill Aulet (Executive Director of the Martin Trust Center at MIT).
  • We then added a front-end component for Identity Driven Entrepreneurship to address personal and team identity and purpose along with an exercise for personal development planning.
    • The Identity Driven Entrepreneur is about discovery and integration of personal and team identity aligned with business purpose. Work-life integration is achieved using unique gifts, talents, and entrepreneurial skills to provide others with an innovative product or service, finding purpose in business as a means of serving all stakeholders.
  • We finish up by addressing issues associated with Operations, Culture, and Scaling.

BOOT CAMP GOALS

  • Introduce and apply a systematic approach to disciplined entrepreneurship.
  • Experience the onboarding of 3rd or 4th generation entrepreneurial skills through a rapid cycle of doing hard things.

BOOT CAMP OUTCOMES

  • Life changing, transformational experience.
  • Discovery of Personal and Team Identity and Purpose.
  • Personal Development Planning.

  • Understanding and application of 24 Steps to a successful business startup.
  • Teamwork and development of a Demo Day pitch deck.
  • New friendships for life.

BOOT CAMP SCHEDULE

difference between the MIT boot camp and the life boot camp

  • The MIT Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp is one of the most transformational events you will ever experience. The $6,000 investment is well worth the return. We highly recommend every entrepreneur attend the MIT Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp if you can make the cut. Download the latest MIT Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp Promo.
  • The LIFE Entrepreneurship Boot Camp is different in that we provide a more in-depth focus on learning and application of the individual 24 steps to disciplined entrepreneurship. We also add a front end component for “identity driven entrepreneurship” and a back end component on operations, process and culture. In addition, the LIFE Entrepreneurship Boot Camp provides an opportunity to apply concepts learned directly towards your personal business while in the Boot Camp.
